Site terms

1. Who runs the site

These terms govern your use of starshelflounge.com ("Starshelf Lounge", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of starshelflounge.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Age requirement

Age limit: 18 or over. By using Starshelf Lounge you confirm you meet it.

3. Virtual coins in the tower

• The games run on virtual coins given free of charge.
• Coins are not money, credit or property, and carry no monetary value.
• No coin may be purchased, sold, withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes. The site has no in-app purchases.
• Nothing of real-world value is offered as a prize.
• At any time we may adjust or reset coins, levels or features.

4. No gambling for real money

Real-money gambling is neither offered nor promoted on Starshelf Lounge, and we link to no gambling operator.

5. Your library card (account)

• A free account is needed to play; each person may hold one, and it must not be shared.
• Your password is yours alone. Should anyone else use your account, let us know at once.
• Deletion is available at any moment on your account page; it is immediate and irreversible.
• Suspension may follow if an account disrupts the site, or if we believe the holder is under 18.
• An account owns its coins, levels and missions; you do not own them as property, and they can be reset.

6. Proper use of the site

Not allowed: disrupting the site, aiming automated tools at it, offering to trade coins, or letting an under-18 use it.

7. Service availability and liability

We provide the site “as is” and can change or remove any part. Malfunction voids all plays and pays. Liability that cannot lawfully be limited is not limited by these terms; your statutory rights are untouched.

8. The tower’s governing law

The law of England and Wales is the law of these terms.
